This food was incredible. The buffalo mozzarella and the calamari appetizers were fantastic. Some of the best calamari I've had. I got the seafood pasta special which was TO DIE FOR. And my dad got the veal piccata, the veal was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were fantastic. Great service, outdoor seating was comfortable and relaxing. We are so glad we came here.

My husband and I stopped by Ralph & Rich’s after a couple years away, and we were blown away! We started with a Specials Menu mushroom appetizer — stuffed with spinach and mascarpone and finished with a silky butternut squash cream, maple‑caramelized pignolis, and Applewood smoked bacon — a beautiful balance of flavors and textures. My Specials menu entrée was the butternut squash ravioli in a red sauce with hot sausage, peppers, onions, and cream. Many places shy away from hot sausage, but here it added a gentle, complementary warmth rather than excessive heat — truly a stellar dish! My husband's Chicken Rollatini Capri entrée from the Regular Menu was also a winner! Our server Jackie and her assistant Isaiah provided outstanding service, and Head Chef Antonio even stopped by to hear our compliments. Great food, attentive staff — we’ll definitely be back!

I enjoy eating at this restaurant. I've hosted multiple events here. I would suggest making a reservation before showing up. If you want to grab drinks/coffee and dessert, this is the place to go. They have a variety of dessert options. Sometimes they have a live pianist by the bar, which is nice! Very great for a night out with friends or date night. It's authentic Italian food. Some of my favorites are the hot antipasto and their chicken piccata. Everything in their menu has been great, even their burgers. Ralph and Rich are great people to work with! They've made my events extra special!

Great spot in Bridgeport. We wanted to eat dinner before a concert at the amphitheater and we walked and found Ralph and Rich's. The hostess was able to seat us even though the restaurant was busy. The menu is very nice and the staff is great. The bar area is lively and the dining room in the back is quieter. The apps, the entrees and the desserts are great. This place is a must try !

We needed a place to eat near the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Ct and by luck we got reservations at Ralph ‘n’ Rich’s which is one of the finest Italian Restaurants that I have ever eaten at. This restaurant is a 5 minute walk to the Amphitheater where we were planning to see Deep Purple and Yes. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need. They were sensitive to our schedule and all the drinks and courses came out perfectly timed. The food was delicious with a special acknowledgment to the stuffed mushrooms, that were outstanding. We enjoyed a complementary bread service and our entrees that consisted of Chicken Marsala, Veal Parm and Pasta and Meatballs were all superb. We all gave this restaurant 5 stars.

I was dining at the restaurant that evening and feel compelled to share a different perspective. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was attentive and professional, and service was handled smoothly throughout the night. Anyone familiar with Ralph and Richies knows it is a superior establishment, and that standard extends to its staff. It’s the kind of place where first-time guests often become long-term customers because of how genuinely welcoming and inclusive the environment is. Guests are treated with respect regardless of social status, race, political views, or appearance. I will add that I have never personally felt any sense of discomfort or exclusion in this establishment. However, while seated near the couple referenced in this review, their behavior felt noticeably tense and out of place compared to the otherwise inclusive and relaxed atmosphere that evening. The bar area functioned exactly as expected for a restaurant with a bar, and the environment remained enjoyable for those dining nearby. I did not witness any unprofessional behavior from the bartender or staff, nor did the space feel disruptive or chaotic. Everyone’s experience is personal, but based on what I observed, this review does not reflect the evening as it actually unfolded. I would absolutely return and confidently recommend this restaurant to others.

We had an amazing late lunch today. It was our first time here and we were excited to try the “Sunday Sauce”. I grew up visiting family in the Bronx for Sunday gravy. For our family it was an all day feast that included “gravy” tomato sauce cooked with varies meats like meatballs, ribs, braciole and sausage. This meal took me back in time. It was perfect, both delicious and a great value. Photos are of all four courses. I hope they always offer this traditional Italian Sunday meal!

My wife and I decided to try somewhere new and chose Ralph 'n' Rich's. We ended up having a great time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. One of my favorite dishes is coconut shrimp so I had to order theirs and it did not disappoint. I was very impressed. By the time the bill came we were both surprised at how reasonable the bill was given the amount of food we got. I would highly recommend this place

One of the best Italian restaurants in Bridgeport! The wine selections and specials are fantastic. The food is delicious. The interior ambience is amazing and the wait staff are attentive and friendly. I can’t wait to return.

Wonderful experience they allowed us to sit early and the service reception and food was great couldn’t ask for more.
